You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You should provide accurate information and promptly protect your account if you believe it has been accessed without authorization.
4. Uploaded Files and Content
You retain responsibility for files and content that you upload, process, create or store through EOConvert.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any file or content submitted to the service. You must not use EOConvert to process, distribute or store content in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

6. File Conversion and Output
EOConvert is designed to process files and produce useful output, but conversion results may vary depending on file format, source structure, fonts, media, formatting, file condition and other technical characteristics.
EOConvert does not guarantee that every conversion will preserve all formatting, metadata, layout, quality or functionality of the original file.
You should review converted files before relying on them for important, professional, financial, legal or other sensitive uses.
7. Cloud Drive
Cloud Drive allows eligible signed-in users to store and manage files through their EOConvert account.
You are responsible for maintaining your own copies or backups of important files. EOConvert should not be treated as the sole backup location for critical data.
Storage limits, supported file types and Cloud Drive features may change as the service develops.
8. Presentation, Voice and Media Tools
EOConvert may provide tools that help users create presentations, audio, video or other generated media.
You are responsible for ensuring that text, images, audio, presentations and other materials used with these tools may lawfully be used for your intended purpose.

10. Service Availability
EOConvert aims to provide reliable access to its services, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, infrastructure changes, security measures or circumstances outside EOConvert's reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EOConvert is provided on an “as available” basis. Users remain responsible for deciding whether converted or generated output is suitable for their intended purpose.
EOConvert is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on an unverified conversion, failure to maintain independent backups, misuse of the service, or events outside EOConvert's reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Suspension or Termination
Access to EOConvert or particular features may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or infrastructure, or when these Terms are materially violated.
