How much smaller will my video be?
Phone videos are recorded with a very high bitrate, so they are often much larger than needed. With the Balanced setting, videos usually become 3 to 10 times smaller and still look good on a phone or computer screen.
Lowering the resolution saves even more space. 720p is plenty for WhatsApp and most phone screens; 480p gives the smallest files. The result is an MP4 file that plays everywhere.
